Together, we’ll work toward identifying any issues that may have been holding you back from success, then we’ll set nutritional, spiritual, stress management, movement and lifestyle goals that will help turn things around in your life.
Based on your goals, I will develop a step-by-step plan of attack for you to follow for the entire length of time we’ll be working together. I will be your cheerleader during your successes and your face of accountability when the waters turn rough. I am your coach in the journey toward joy, health and balance in your life.

Individual Coaching Sessions
Looking to gain immediate insight on your body/mind/spirit connection, overall health and wellness? Or, just want to pick Katie's brain and aren't quite ready to commit to an extended plan?

Individual sessions work much like a typical physical or therapeutic check up. During your time with Katie you'll receive:
- (1) One introductory 30 or 60 minute phone call/meeting/virtual meeting. You’ll speak with Katie directly to explain your issues and/or the goals you’d like to achieve and get laser-focused on a plan.
- Individualized recommendations. Katie will analyze your situation and make recommendations in diet, exercise, mindfulness and/or personal development towards meeting your goals.
- Follow up or package recommendations. With each session and subsequent progress, Katie will suggest when your next appointment should be and/or recommend plans that best fit your lifestyle and goals.

Nutrition & Intro to Personal Coaching
If you’ve never worked with a personal coach before and want to see if one-one-one engagement is right for you, a six week program might be a perfect fit. Work with Katie to identify your issues, develop a foundation plan and receive guidance through accountability checks throughout the month.
When the six weeks are over, you can choose to expand your engagement for 3 or 6 months, or take the reigns by yourself to move forward with the new nutritional and life-balance tools you’ve learned.

- Get real for a full week! Katie’s Intake Form logs all of your eating and lifestyle choices for 5 days, providing necessary research and reflection prior to creating your plan.

Engage with Katie for a 3 month period to develop an in-depth examination of your life situation and a comprehensive, fully customized plan for success. Together, you’ll develop a “Life Blueprint” that will guide your path to balance and long-term success.
Receive 3 months of in-depth personal guidance from Katie Garces:

- (5) Five, 50-min follow up sessions. (total of 6 sessions) Speak one on one with Katie twice a month to gauge your progress, make any needed changes, and help keep you on track to achieve your goals.
- Receive customized meditations, mantras and other spiritual guidance to help you stay centered and strong.
- Accountability and weekly check-ins from Katie herself.
